  • A true, licensed contractor will provide materials and labor.

  • Yes, of course you can! You just can’t use the bathroom that is being remodeled.

  • An average bathroom remodel takes three to six weeks, depending on the customization.

  • No. We will just have to shut it off briefly and cap everything off.

  • Yes. We just have to re-route your plumbing.

  • TruCon Construction removes ALL debris and trash accumulated during the bathroom remodeling process. However, the job site is not professional cleaned by a cleaning crew, unless you specify that request during the bidding process.

  • The Return on Investment (ROI) is how much you can recoup from the remodel or gain profit once you sell the property.

  • It is easiest to break a bathroom remodel down into the major stages:

    1) Demo: tearing out the areas to be remodeled.

    2) Plumbing: Re-routing any change in plumbing.

    3) Electrical: Re-routing any change in switches, plugs or lighting.

    4) Finishes: Tiles, flooring, vanity.

    5) Final: Install fixtures, trim, toilet and paint.

  • It’s a very hard thing to determine how long one bathroom remodel will take due to size, in-stock items, special order materials, patterns in the tile, seamless glass or stocked doors, custom vanity or pre-fabricated, etc. All that said, it’s easier to determine for your particular bathroom and case-specific details.

  • You, as the customer, have very little to do. Basically, the only things needed from you. is to clean out the personal items in the area of the remodel, clear a path from the bathroom to the door you wish for the installers to use to go in and out of your home, and clear a work area outside where you wish for the installers to use for cutting and prepping materials.

  • It’s best if the customer does NOT do the demolition of the bathroom. The reason for this is because you may not know what to tear out or if you only need to partially remove something. Also, you may cut out or damage something that is essential to the remodel and may be costly to repair or replace … like electrical or plumbing hiding behind the walls, under the floor, etc.
